thedailywhat: Photo of the Day: Wojtek Kalka snapped this stunning shot of a Buddhist monk and a big-ass cat enjoying some lunch at the appropriately named Tiger Temple in Kanchanaburi, Thailand. For the record, the Tiger Temple has had its share of criticism from conservation groups who claim the facility does not adhere to various international laws concerning the care of endangered species. [boingboing / ulaulaman.] To which the men of tiger temple promptly replied “I don’t know if you noticed this, but I share my lunch with a tiger.  So, I’m not too concerned about international laws.”
